Our organization has been working for more than 30 years. It was formed in Soviet times, during the years of restructuring on December 17, 1986 at the constituent conference of war veterans and labor. At the same time, regional branches of the organization were created - regional, regional and republican advice of veterans. The first chairman of the All-Union Council of Veterans was the 72-year-old Kirill Mazurov, a former member of the Politburo of the CPSU Central Committee.

4. Organizational construction

5. Competence and procedure for the formation of governing bodies of the All-Russian Organization of Veterans

6. Primary veterans organizations

7. Cash and property of veterans organizations

Monetary funds of veterans are formed

- from voluntary contributions and donations;

- from possible funds allocated by federal state authorities, state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments;

- revenues from lectures, exhibitions, lotteries, auctions and other events;

- income from entrepreneurial foreign economic, publishing, civil law transactions;

- other income prohibited by law.

Organizations are used only on the purposes provided for by its charter, and the redistribution between members of the Organization is not subject to.

Veterans organizations may have a building, structures, land plots, housing funds, equipment, equipment, property of cultural and educational and recreation, cash, shares, other securities and other property necessary to ensure the work provided for in this Charter.

The owner of the property of the organization is the organization as a whole. Members of the organization are not entitled to the share of the property of the organization. 8. Termination of the activities of the All-Russian Organization of Veterans
