Many years have passed since the end of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, but to this day we all remember the heroism and courage of the Russian people, which have no equal. The feat of our people, the feat of each person individually, has become immortal, and we must remember this. People have no future without memory of the past!

Events of the Great Patriotic War touched every family in our country. Everyone contributed to the Victory: men went to the front, and women and teenage children worked in the rear, providing all possible assistance to our army. In addition, there are many known cases when both women and children fought on an equal basis with men. Many guys - my peers - were awarded the title of heroes. These are Lenya Golikov, Zina Portnova, Valya Kotik and many others. The Soviet people wanted to free our Motherland from the fascist invaders. Both young people and old people went to the front.

"Everything for the front, everything for the victory!" - this slogan became the main one from the first days of the war. A huge number of people died in this war. It is known that more than one hundred and thirty thousand people left our republic for the war, of whom seventy-five thousand died or disappeared without a trace. People gave their lives for the fate of their homeland, for their comrades, enduring cold and hunger, enemy bombing. Giving his life to win was a holy deed. How many millions of people died in this war. Let's remember the hero cities: Brest, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Odessa, Kerch and others - defended until the last minute. Let's remember settlements: villages, villages of our Motherland, which were simply razed to the ground. Before the exploits of ordinary people, we must bow our heads!

Every year on May 9, our country celebrates the Great Victory Day. Thanks to this holiday, we do not forget the events of those terrible years. Many monuments were erected to the fallen soldiers who gave their lives for the sake of victory. An eternal flame has been installed in almost every city, which symbolizes eternal memory and endless gratitude to the liberators of our land. A huge number of books have been written and no less feature and documentary films about the war years have been shot. In many local history museums, there are expositions dedicated to that terrible time. At present, historical societies are conducting reconstructions of military battles of those years. In the country and in our republic, youth detachments have been created to search for the burial places of soldiers. We go to the Victory Parade with the whole family on May 9, congratulate the veterans who have survived to these days, give them flowers, participate in various actions organized by caring people.

Unfortunately, some people interpret the events of those times in an inverted format, pursuing their insignificant political goals... Someone scoffs and underestimates the feat of the Russian people. In some countries, children are initially taught the warped history of the Great Patriotic War. I think that such an attitude is simply unacceptable! History should be carefully preserved, and we should remember what our grandfathers and great-grandfathers did for us. We must understand that if this nationwide feat had not happened, then life would have been completely different. All this must be preserved and passed on to future generations, so that the phrase “Nothing is forgotten, no one is forgotten…” will be relevant even after many decades!

70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Victory in the Great Patriotic War has not been forgotten for 70 years.
How can you forget this? How many troubles our people have suffered, how many people have died, how many tears have been shed. We should be grateful to those people who gave their lives for the victory. After all, if our people had not fought then, to the last drop of blood, then there would not have been our present world.

The Great Patriotic War is a huge spiritual wound in human hearts. This terrible tragedy began on June 22, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and ended only four years later, after four difficult years - on May 9, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five. Together with the spring, the long-awaited Victory came to the long-suffering land. The soldiers of the Great Patriotic War greeted her with tears of joy, and we, their descendants, also celebrate this day. It's scary to imagine how much each fighter had to endure ... And now, in May 2015, we, children of the 21st century, will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory in this war with tears of joy in our eyes.

Almost every family was touched by the tragedy of the war, so I have relatives, scorched by the conflagration of that terrible war.
Once my grandmother told me about her father, my great-grandfather, how he fought in the war, how he went missing. For over a year nothing was known about him. My grandfather was considered dead, but after a while he was found. He was seriously wounded and was in the hospital, for a long time he could not remember who he was, who his family was.

During the war, my grandmother was still a child, she told how scary it was then, how there was not enough food. The windows of the houses were painted over with black paint, and when it was getting dark on the streets in the house it was impossible even to light a candle so that the enemies did not see the light and did not start shooting. My grandmother saw with her own eyes how shells hit the neighboring houses, how fields exploded.
It's scary to see this, and it's scary to experience this. Having survived the war, it will not be forgotten, it will remain in the hearts of the Soldiers who fought for our homeland, women with children who did not know where to hide from the conflagration of the war, where to hide their children.

I am proud of my people, I bow to you, soldiers, and thank you so much for giving us a life that might not have been.

The war of 1941-1945 will not be forgotten by anyone.
I remember! IM proud of!

Now our generation lives in peacetime. We enjoy life, get education, work. But thanks to whom are we able to do all this? Thanks to whom did our country retain its independence? There are fewer and fewer of these people left. You can hardly find them in shops, on the street ... Veterans of the Great Patriotic War are already very old people. But it is thanks to their incredible feat that our country has remained a great independent state.

The morning of June 22, 1941 was festive for many. The senior classes graduated from school, on June 21 they had their graduation party, and on the 22nd the schoolchildren met the dawn. It was on this day, early in the morning, that the troops fascist Germany attacked Soviet Union... I can imagine what a grief it was for the whole country.

Every family has been affected by this war. My family is no exception. This is what my grandmother told me in her letter about my great-grandfather, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Ivan Nikolayevich Oleinikov:

“Seryozhenka, I am writing what I remember.

My dad Ivan Nikolayevich Oleinikov lived and worked in the city of Pavlovsk, Voronezh region. In the first days of the war, he was drafted by the Pavlovsky district military enlistment office. He went through the entire war from the Don banks to Berlin. Participated in battles on Kursk Bulge, in the battle of Prokhorovka. Then there was Ukraine. I remember exactly that they liberated Kharkov and Korsun - Shevchenkovsky. Crossing the Dnieper under mortar fire. There was not a river, but a bloody stream.

Further Poland, Czechoslovakia. Dad was wounded, but in what year and on whose territory I do not remember. We made our way through the forest and were ambushed. There was a forester's hut, they looked in, and there were Germans and Germans behind every tree. A skirmish ensued. Dad was badly injured. The bullet went right through the left side chest slightly - almost touching the heart and lung. A comrade dragged him through the forest. Bleeding, dad asked: "Leave me, I'm dying anyway, save yourself." I didn’t quit. Then there was the hospital. When the unit went further to the West, comrades came to say goodbye. Dad escaped with them from the hospital, taking a medical card. I read it, but now I don't remember.

Then there was Germany, Dresden, b. Elba (there were photos, did not find), the storming of Berlin. Long-awaited Victory. There was no limit to exultation. We were standing in a park. Songs, dances, music. From somewhere came the sounds of the Russian waltz "Birch" (I remember exactly) and "Amur waves"

After the victory, dad stayed in Berlin for another 3.5 months (apparently they were improving the life of ordinary Germans, I don't know for sure). Demobilized in mid-September 1945. I was taking home a bicycle and a gramophone from Berlin. I reached Liski, there were many soldiers. Dad saw the friend who saved his life (I don’t know where he came from, but not from our area). Dad gave him a bicycle and a gramophone as a token of gratitude. I didn’t take it. Gave. Many people from Pavlovsk, who were traveling from different fronts, met in Liski. On passing cars with songs we returned to our native Pavlovsk, then to Petrovka. I came from school (2nd grade), full of people: “Dad came from the war !!”.

Then he and her mother left for Pavlovsk, got a job, and after the first half of the year they took me away.

Of the awards I remember 2 orders (the third was given already for some anniversary of the Victory). The orders were kept because the military registration and enlistment office paid for them. But Tolik, Nina, Sasha played with medals. I remember: “For courage”, “For the capture of Berlin”, “For Victory” then there were jubilees. Of the commanders I remember, my dad talked about Zhukov, Konev, Timoshenko.

And there was such a story with a medical card. When my father was sick a lot, the attending physician, Galina Pavlovna Pugacheva read this card and said: "Ivan Nikolaevich, you are entitled to a disability." Several times she sent him to the commission in Voronezh. I didn’t go, but one day I agreed. I don't remember what year it was, but I remember that it was December 19th. We arrived with him, called him, and after a while a very young doctor came out and said: “Who came with Oleinikov? Come on in. " Getting in. Dad is standing, shaking all over, he cannot put on a T-shirt, his lips are trembling and only repeats: "So I would die then, I would die." She dressed, led out into the corridor, reassured. It turns out that this young doctor said: “Well, what a disability you are, the bullet didn’t hit either the heart or the lungs. Dad did not come again. Then the commissions began to travel to the districts, but did not go. They persuaded, went, gave a group.

Seryozhenka, I don't remember any specific battles, but everywhere it was mess. I am sending the photo when my dad was in Berlin. " (Annex 1)

I believe that the victory came to us thanks to the deep patriotism of the fighters. It is thanks to the spiritual unity of all people that we won.
I perceive the Great Patriotic War as a great grief and tragedy for millions of people. After all, almost every inhabitant of Russia lost his relatives and friends in that war. And at the same time, I see this war as a grandiose triumph of patriotism, love for the Motherland. I think every fighter at that time was aware of our righteousness and the sanctity of the duty that lay on every citizen of the country.
I am deeply grateful to our veteran for the fact that now I live in free Russia. Of course, I do not want this to happen again. War is always scary. This is pain, grief, tears, torment, suffering, hatred. And my and the next generation should not forget about it.

There is a memory corner in my family. Photos and orders with medals of my ancestors hang on the red material. It became ours family heirloom... This is the memory of their services to the Motherland. I am proud of my great-grandfathers!

All people living on earth know about wars. They are always talked about, remembered and of course they are afraid of a repetition of these terrible events in our time.

Parents and teachers at school constantly remind and talk about all the horrors of wartime. According to the school curriculum, we go through many books related to the exploits of soldiers, for example, "A Hero of Our Time" or "The Dawns Here Are Quiet ...". The books detail military events, how people fought for peace on earth. The war, which began in 1941, introduced almost the entire world to the fearsome politics of fascism, and also showed the baseness of human racism. Adolf Hitler decided to conquer the whole world, and he almost managed to achieve the desired goal, but the invincible, strong-minded citizens of the USSR managed to give a worthy rebuff and defeat fascism, driving German troops to Berlin itself.

The German army attacked very suddenly and unexpectedly, but even untrained troops did not lose heart. During the war of 1941-1945, hundreds of thousands of brave fighters died every day, who boldly went to defend their homeland, often sacrificing themselves on their own. But not only soldiers died in hundreds at the front, civilians especially suffered, because cities were bombed, destroyed, and people were taken prisoner as a labor force.

The Great Patriotic War proved that the Russian spirit cannot be broken, that there is still a balance of good and evil in the world. I am proud that I have such a strong spirit of ancestors that I live on a land with which I could drive out German fascism, that I am the real heir of the riches that our grandparents left us, they gave us a homeland, a clean, bright, kind homeland ... I want their memory to be always honored, no matter how much time passes from the day of the Great Victory, people should always remember what feat the participants of the Great Patriotic War performed.

Essay about the war 1941 - 1945 for a student, short

In the lessons dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, I learn a lot, they tell us about how Hitler attacked our country and wanted to win. In the classroom, I learned that it began in 1941 and ended in May 1945. Hitler attacked people and wanted to conquer everyone. I know that war is always bad. Brave soldiers were constantly dying on it, defending their homeland from the Nazis. Ordinary people died when shells hit their homes or were taken prisoner by the Germans. When the Victory Day holiday comes, my classmates and teachers and I go to congratulate the veterans. Grandparents receive flowers as a gift, we read poetry and say "Thank you." It is necessary to congratulate the veterans every year so that they see gratitude for the victory. I want people living on earth to never fight again, but to always reign well-being and peace!

War is the worst thing that can happen in the life of every person. A surprise attack by fascist Germany on ordinary Soviet people... But nothing can break strong-willed people, they have only Victory ahead!

War is so much in this word. Just one word carries a lot of fear, pain, screams and crying of mothers, children, wives, losses of loved ones and thousands of glorious soldiers who stood for the life of all generations ... How many children did she leave as orphans and wives as widows with black headscarves on their heads. How many terrible memories she left behind in human memory. War is the pain of human destinies caused by those who rule at the top and crave power in any way, even bloody.

And if you think about it well, then in our time there is not a single family from which the war did not take away, or simply did not cripple a person close to us with bullets, shrapnel or simply its echoes. After all, we all remember and honor the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. We remember their feat, solidarity, faith in a great victory and a loud Russian "Hurray!"

The Great Patriotic War can rightfully be called sacred. After all, all people began to defend their homeland, not afraid of a stray bullet, torment, captivity and much more. Our ancestors rallied so much and went forward to recapture their land from the enemy, on which they were born and raised.

The Soviet people were not even broken by the surprise of the attack on June 22, 1941, the German fascists attacked in the early morning. Hitler hoped for a quick victory, as in many European countries, which surrendered and submitted to him practically without resistance.

Our people did not have any weapons, but this did not frighten anyone and they walked confidently forward, not surrendering their positions, defending their loved ones and their homeland. The road to victory ran through many obstacles. Militant battles developed both on earth and in the sky. There was not a single person who did not contribute to this Victory. Young girls who served as doctors and dragged wounded soldiers from the battlefield on themselves, how much strength and courage they had. How much faith they carried with them, giving it to the wounded! The men went boldly into battle, covering with their backs those in the rear, their homes and families! Children and women worked in factories at the machine tools, producing ammunition, which brought the cherished success in capable hands!

And in spite of everything, that moment came, the moment of the long-awaited victory. Army of Soviet soldiers later long years battles were able to drive the fascists from native land... Our hero soldiers reached the borders of Germany, and took Berlin by storm, the capital of the fascist country. All this happened in 1945. On the 8th of May, Germany signed a complete surrender. It was at that very time that our ancestors gave us one of the great holidays celebrated on May 9 - this is Victory Day! A day truly with tears in my eyes, great joy in my soul and with a sincere smile on my face!

Remembering the stories of grandfathers, grandmothers and people who participated in these hostilities, we can conclude that only a strong-willed, brave and ready to go to the death people could come to victory!

For the younger generation The Great Patriotic War is just a story from the distant past. But this story excites everything inside and makes you think about what is happening in modern world... Think about the wars that we see now. Think about the fact that we must not allow another war and prove to the hero-soldiers that it was not in vain that they fell into the ground, that it was not in vain that the soil was soaked in their blood! I want everyone to remember at what cost this not easy Victory and the peace over our heads that we now have!

And in conclusion, I really want to say: “Thank you, Great Warriors! I remember! IM proud of!"

More essays on the topic: "War"

How I would like all children on Earth to know what war is only from the pages of history textbooks. I sincerely hope that someday my wish will come true. But so far, unfortunately, the wars on our planet continue.

I will probably never understand how those who unleash these wars feel. Don't they think that the cost of any war is human lives. And it doesn't matter which side won: both of them are, in fact, the losers, because you cannot return those who died in the war.

War is loss. In a war, people lose loved ones, the war takes away their home, deprives them of everything. Those who have not been affected by the war, I think, will never be able to fully realize how terrible it is. It's hard for me to even imagine how creepy it is to go to bed, realizing that in the morning you can find out that some of your loved ones are no longer there. It seems to me that the fear of losing a loved one is much stronger than fear for your own life.

And how many people are deprived of their health by war? How many makes disabled people? And no one and nothing will return them to their youth, health, crippled destinies. It’s so scary - to irrevocably lose your health, at one moment to lose all hopes, to realize that your dreams and plans are not destined to come true.

But the worst thing is that war leaves no one with a choice: to fight or not - the state decides for its citizens. And it doesn't matter whether the residents support such a decision or not. War affects everyone. Many are trying to escape the war. But is escape painless? People have to leave their homes, leave their homes, not knowing whether they will ever be able to return to their former life.

I am convinced that any conflicts should be resolved peacefully, without sacrificing human destinies to war.

For a person has great importance, is there any meaning in his life. Each person seeks to express himself as much as possible. But the personality manifests itself most clearly in crisis situations, for example, such as natural disasters or war.

War is a terrible time. She constantly tests a person for strength, requires a full commitment of strength. If you are a coward, if you are not capable of patient and selfless work, if you are not ready to sacrifice your convenience or even your life for the sake of a common cause, you are worthless.

Our country was often forced to fight. The most terrible wars that befell the ancestors are civil. They demanded the most difficult choice, sometimes completely breaking the system of values that had developed in a person, since it was often not clear with whom and for what to fight.

The so-called patriotic wars are the defense of the country from an external attack. Everything is clear here - there is an enemy who threatens everyone, ready to become the master in the land of your ancestors, dictate his own rules on it, and make you a slave. At such moments, our people have always demonstrated a rare unanimity and ordinary, everyday heroism, manifested in every little thing, be it a fierce battle or watch in a medical battalion, exhausting pedestrian crossings or digging trenches.

Every time the enemy wanted to defeat Russia, he harbored illusions that the people were dissatisfied with their government, that the enemy troops would be greeted with joy (both Napoleon and Hitler were most likely convinced of this and hoped for an easy victory). The stubborn resistance that the people showed them should first surprise them, and then terribly enrage them. They didn't count on him. But our people have never been slaves without exception. They felt that they were part of their native land and could not give it up for desecration to strangers. Everybody became heroes - men - fighters, women and children. Each made his own contribution to the common cause, each took part in the war, all together defended the Motherland.

72 years have passed since the day when the whole world heard the long-awaited word "Victory!"

May 9th. Good ninth day in May. At this time, when all nature comes to life, we feel how wonderful life is. How dear she is to us! And along with this feeling comes the understanding that we owe our lives to all those who fought, died and survived in those hellish conditions. Those who, without sparing themselves, worked in the rear, those who died in the bombing of cities and villages, those whose lives were painfully cut short in fascist concentration camps.

On Victory Day, we will gather at eternal flame, we will lay flowers, remember, thanks to whom we live. Let's keep quiet and once again say “Thank you!” To them. Thanks for our peaceful life! And in the eyes of those whose wrinkles keep the horrors of war, remember the fragments and wounds, the question is read: "Will you keep what we shed blood for in those terrible years, will you remember the real price of Victory?"

Our generation has less opportunity to see the living participants of the battles, to hear their stories about that difficult time. That is why meetings with veterans are so dear to me. When you, war heroes, remember how you defended and defended the Motherland, your every word is imprinted in my heart. In order to pass on to the coming generation what we have heard, to preserve the grateful memory of the great feat of the victorious people, so that no matter how many years have passed since the end of the war, those who conquered the world for us will be remembered and honored.

We have no right to forget the horrors of this war so that they do not happen again. We have no right to forget those soldiers who died in order for us to live now. We must remember everything ... I see my duty to the eternally living soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, to you, veterans, to the blessed memory of the fallen, to live my life honestly and with dignity, in order to strengthen the power of the Motherland by my deeds.
